Overview:
The
eMASON, Inc. Business Analyst/Business Process Engineer develops product expertise in
the Clarifire application to facilitate and manage software implementations. In
this realm, they provide analysis and management of processes that result in
efficiency, quality and effectiveness for eMASON clients.
Responsibilities will include but are
not limited to:
Quickly develop deep Clarifire expertise in order
to serve as Clarifire Subject Matter Expert for eMASON clients.
Assist in the analysis, design, build-out and
automation of critical business processes, using Clarifire.
Assist in identifying ways to improve client
processes through Clarifire-based process automation, assisting in:
o
Data gathering, Workflow and Process mapping in MS
Visio
o
Preparation and documentation of client business
requirements
o
Process improvement analysis (what to automate,
what to change, what to eliminate)
Preparation of Case and Time studies of before and
after
Project Management for clients on a large scale
ROLES
Deliver superior client-support during Consultative
and Pilot Implementation phases of Clarifire deployments and consulting
engagements.
Serve as a member of the Level 2 client Support
Desk, directly handling and tracking client requests for Support. Ensure timely, professional and complete
response to client end-users on requests for assistance, independently
resolving issues and questions when possible and routing problem incidents to
the appropriate internal teams for resolution as necessary.
Provide end-user and train-the-trainer Training on
eMASON software products and processes.

expertise. Must be able to
maintain/write/tune stored procedures and triggers, database Maintenance Plans,
and perform ongoing performance evaluation and tuning. Make recommendations on
optimizing database design within the context of current development objectives.
2-3 years ASP.Net knowledge.
VB.Net knowledge - eMASON is a VB.Net shop (while C# knowledge is
welcome, it is not used in our applications).

Overview:
The
Technical Project Manager (TPM) is responsible for the successful delivery
and completion of eMASON Clarifire® application implementations and related
projects. The Technical Project Manager effectively manages project work
through all stages of the SDLC including solution scoping, estimating, planning,
initiating, executing, controlling and closing processes. The Technical
Project Manager is highly skilled at understanding the complex needs of the
business, translating its priorities into technical project plans and
orchestrating the successful execution of the work to the specified timelines
on a consistent basis.
Responsibilities:
Scope
the project work through discovery of business requirements, non-functional
requirements and translation to technical work effort, SDLC project plans and
work breakdown scheduling.
Manage
project work in alignment with the Statement of Work (SOW) obligations and
ensure accurate team reporting of billable hours for efficient client invoicing
against the project budget on a monthly basis.
Effectively
execute and control the project work through proactive risk identification,
mitigation and issues management.
Create
project documentation and artifacts as needed to support the SDLC
implementation methodology or documentation requirements.
Manage
the overall project coordination, including managing scheduling, assigning
tasks, motivating resources and resolving problems.
Provide
consistent and concise verbal and written communications to project
stakeholders including project performance reporting, milestones reporting, status

Qualifications
Five
(5) plus years of recent/current Enterprise Project Management experience with
full lifecycle involvement in web application software development projects
(.NET or Java EE)
Excellent
and thorough knowledge of the SDLC process and implementation methodologies
best suited for web application development.
Proven
skills and ability in scoping, planning, executing and controlling technical
project work.
Demonstrated
managerial skills and ability to structure and lead teams successfully through
the full lifecycle of software solution implementation projects
Strong
working knowledge of .NET application architectures.
A
strong technical understanding of web application architectures through
hands-on application development, technical architect experience or
demonstrated technical project management.
Strong
knowledge of data integration architectures and schemas including web services,

organization while providing technical support and
leadership to the team. This individual is also responsible for

Create
database objects, including databases, tables, views, and program structures.
Ensure
data integrity using features of the DBMS such as physical integrity, semantic

Monitor

Overview:
The Software Support Representative position is
responsible for providing Clarifire support and training to eMASON clients. The
Clarifire application is predominantly utilized in the Financial Services
Industry, specifically Mortgage Banking. For this role, the Software Support
Representative is responsible for educating eMASON clients on using the
Clarifire application to automate Mortgage Banking specific processes.
Responsibilities will include but not
limited to:
Application Support:
Provide
application/and troubleshooting of Clarifire application to eMASON clients.
This involves analyzing user issues to determine possible problem
sources/resolutions as well as following-up with clients regarding outstanding
issues. Sample client issues might be: user id creation/password set up,
training, data connectivity/web services and overall process flow.
Determine
whether issues can be resolved by Level 1 or need to be escalated according to
established Escalation procedures.
Acquire
a complete and comprehensive technical understanding of Clarifire.
Monitor
incoming Support issues, notice trends or common issues, and communicate this
information to management and the Business Team.
Involvement
in support testing efforts (Integration, User Acceptance and QA) and deployment
(configuration management, change controls, and release management).
Take
ownership in managing the eMASON ticketing system and updating Client tickets
according to current status.
Provide
basic training and information to Users regarding application and system usage
and procedures.
Conduct
online training sessions as needed with new and existing client end-users
utilizing eMASON-approved web-training tools.
This
person will be in direct contact with high profile clients as end users and
must have excellent communication skills, with an emphasis on verbal and

Clarifire® application by verifying that programs function according to
specifications and standards, developing software test plans, procedures, and
validation summary reports. Responsible for identifying, documenting, and
following-through to resolution, software defects identified during all testing
phases.
Responsibilities will include but are not
limited to:
Write,
revise, and verify quality standards and test procedures for program design and
product evaluation to attain quality of software economically and efficiently.
Review
new or modified program, including documentation, diagram, and flow chart, to determine if program will perform according
to user request and conform to guidelines.
Recommend
program improvements or corrections to developers.
Review
computer operating log to identify program processing errors.
Enter
instructions into computer to test program for validity of results,
accuracy, reliability, and conformance to establishment standards.
Observe
computer monitor screen during program test to detect error codes or interruption
of program and corrects errors.
Identify
differences between establishment standards and user applications and suggests modifications to conform to
standards.
Set
up tests at request of user to locate and correct program operating error
