Jane Mason is founder and CEO of eMASON, Inc. the technology company specializing in web based process automation, which captures innovative concepts that optimize business processes and automates operational activities. Ms. Mason previously served, for over 15 years, as Chief Operating Officer for an international law firm, which practiced Intellectual Property and Real Estate law. Ms. Mason redefined client-focused service by applying innovative, web based technology to the company’s key processes and operations. Ms. Mason leveraged .NET technologies to reduce operating costs and improve client service. Her move to building her own technology company leverages her business architecting skills, which unites the complex relationships among people, technology, and business.
Ms. Mason conceptualized, designed and executed her vision of a business driven web based process application called the Clarifire application. The technology that she developed captures the ability for an enterprise to change its processes without having to spend huge capital resources to modify the technology. Organizations have the freedom to manage business processes according to their individual business needs and not be restricted to hard coded limitations in their system of record. Business users versus IT can monitor and change workflow in real time, allowing maximum efficiency and optimization of resources and productivity.
Mr. Goldman brings more than 37 years’ of leadership experience with a proven track record for identifying corporate needs, recognizing industry trends, and driving business opportunities along with delivering revenue growth. As our Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Goldman is responsible for overseeing all business operations for the organization. Mr. Goldman’s focuses are on eMASON’s strategic, tactical, and long-term goals.
Prior to eMASON, Mr. Goldman owned an operated the largest Ferrous and Non Ferrous scrap metal recycling companies in Tampa and Sarasota Florida. He continues to hold officer status in Tampa Steel & Supply, a wholesale steel service center serving the industrial needs of Central Florida Industry.
Mr. Goldman is a graduate of The University of South Florida where he remains an active alumnus in collegiate affairs.
As Chief Financial Officer, Ms. Underwood brings close to twenty years of experience in the areas of financial management. Ms. Underwood previously served as Chief Financial Officer for Scrap-All, Inc. a, major Scrap metal recycling company. In that role, Ms. Underwood was involved in the day-to-day operations of the company while she oversaw the financial planning and growth of the company. Prior to working with Scrap-All, Inc. Ms. Underwood oversaw and managed the finances for five other major Florida companies.
Currently Ms. Underwood is responsible for providing financial planning and structure for the company by working with the CEO and management team to establish goals and budgets, strategies, plans, and policies.
Ms. Underwood received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from the State University of New York, in 1990.
As Chief Information Officer, Mr. Walkinshaw is responsible for the development and execution of technology initiatives for eMason. He provides the architectural direction for eMASON’s software products, interfaces with clients and vendors at the technical level, and supports the corporate infrastructure. Since joining eMason in November of 2005, Mr. Walkinshaw has been utilizing his client/server development experience to ensure that the flagship application, Clarifire®, is continuously improved upon to meet the ever changing needs of the marketplace.
Prior to joining the organization Mr. Walkinshaw spent 10 years with Tech Data Corporation as the Lead Developer for their eCommerce web team. Mr. Walkinshaw was tasked with leading the team responsible for new development initiatives, enhancements, and maintenance of the website, which generated $4 million per day in revenue.
Mr. Walkinshaw holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science degree from the University of South Carolina.
As our Senior Business Analyst, Ms. Martins utilizes her vast experience with the Clarifire Application to align client initiatives with technology. She has been with eMASON since its inception and was one of the original developers of the Clarifire application. With her knowledge of process automation and Mortgage Banking process, Ms. Martins transitioned to a consulting role within eMASON in which she provides clients with recommendations for streamlining processes resulting in increased efficiencies.
Prior to her role at eMASON, Ms. Martins worked at Mason Law developing technology to automate Foreclosure and Mortgage Banking related processes. Ms. Martins also spent 4 years with MedPartners as a data analyst in the Quality Assurance Department. Ms. Martins was responsible for documenting performance of physicians and generating the quarterly and annual reports to the accrediting agencies.
Ms. Martins holds a BA in Economics and Health Management from Eckerd College with a certification in Client Server Programming from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
