During 2009 eMASON was involved in the Tampa Bay community more than ever. A sampling of our activities include:
eMASON’s Green Initiative – 45 members of the eMASON extended family picked up 40+ bags of trash along Ben T. Davis Beach. In spite of the weather, everyone had a great time! In 2010 eMASON’s Green Committee has planned a Clearwater Marine Aquarium Clean-Up, scheduled for May.
Charity begins at home and the act of giving is the heart beat of eMASON’s vision. This year in lieu of corporate gifts, eMASON made a charitable contribution to the Susan G. Komen for the Cure® Foundation. In addition eMASON contributed to the following organizations: American Cancer Society, the UPARC Foundation (dedicated to securing the financial future of the Upper Pinellas Association for Retarded Citizens by fostering community awareness and involvement), CASA – Community Action Stops Abuse (volunteers that watch over and advocate for abused and neglected children until they are placed in a safe, permanent home), BDF Homework’s Foundation (partner of the Dallas-based law firm Barrett Daffin Frappier Turner & Engel, LLP, the network supports local and national charities by contributing funding, volunteer hours and directing activities that benefit the community), Hospice, and Harvesters – The Community Food Network (the purpose of Harvesters is to collect and distribute food, provide nutritional services, offer education programs to increase community awareness of hunger and generate solutions to end hunger).

|
 | On Sunday, March 21, 2010, eMASON served as the title sponsor of the “eMASON One and Done Celebrity Tennis Pro-Am” event. Local celebrities and professional atheletes donated their time and joined eMASON to raise funds for Morton Plant Hospital’s Doyle Women’s &Children’s Health Initiative, a program to help enhance women’s health care within the nationally ranked community-focused hospital.

eMASON has provided its technology, the Clarifire application, to Cair Flight to use in streamlining their operations and enabling them to help more people. CAIR Flight is a charitable corporation formed to offer community-based airlift to those in need. Their goal is to eliminate distance as a barrier to accessing essential medical resources or reuniting families in critical times. They each strive to use their diverse talents to assist those in our community who are facing unique challenges. www.cairflight.org
