To automate the scheduling of jobs (for example, the transfer of files from a client server to the Clarifire database), the eMASON NOC uses Tidal Enterprise Scheduler. The Tidal Enterprise Scheduler makes possible easy automation of cross-platform, cross-application job scheduling with email notifications to NOC support engineers each time a job is run so that the NOC always knows the status of each scheduled job and can quickly investigate any issues.
