Existing eMASON Clients can contact our Support Department by the following means:
- Launch a RESCUE Ticket by clicking the Support Link on upper right corner in the Clarifire application. From there you will be able to enter the description,
the severity of your concern and any attachments you may need to include.
- Contact eMASON Client Support Representative at 866-960-6276 during
business hours for questions or concerns.
- Email our Support Department at support@eClarifire.com to inform us of your needs.
- eMASON offers on-line training for new users. We can also coordinate on site training for a personal touch. Contact your eMASON representative to learn more.
