By submitting their requests through our online ticketing system, tickets are automatically routed to the most appropriate technician based on the support description entered. Furthermore, our unique priority indicators allow those clients with emergencies and pressing issues to be addressed immediately. In addition, eMASON provides a guarantee that all support tickets will be addressed same day.
